Amarú Moses is a teacher by day and a movie lover by… life.

Growing up, Moses’ family weekend outings were highlighted by going to the cinemas. From watching The Lion King, Pulp Fiction, and Leon: The Professional in the theaters at the ripe age of six to becoming a competitor on the biggest professional online movie trivia league (The Movie Trivia Schmoedown) for two years, movies have been an everlasting presence in Moses’ life.

Moses moved to Charlotte, N.C. in 2017, and began capturing movie opinions for the movie review blog called RuViews, and in 2018, added the companion YouTube channel. That same year, Moses became the second writer for a start-up review website called Bitesize Breakdown, which is now a collective of global writers giving multiple perspectives on movies and TV shows. Since then, Moses has concentrated efforts on growing that site, moving YouTube content to the Bitesize Breakdown channel, and becoming and executive and senior writer with the organization.
