Ever since his young heart was captured by a moisture farmer turned Jedi knight from Tatooine, Nathan has had a love of film, of story, and of storytelling.

A theater kid to his soul, these days Nathan can be found on the mic with longtime pal and co-host, Reed Lackey, waxing profound while slinging dad jokes on The Fear of God, the horror movie podcast the two friends started in 2016.

Using as its paradigm “dissecting what scares us to find what saves us”, The Fear of God has hosted guests from across a wide swath of disciplines: filmmakers and actors, ethicists and academics, board game designers and content creators, film critics and film fans; all “FoGgers”.

It’s a lovely coven of compassion, dismissive of explaining and instead diving into exploring the great Mysteries at the intersection of the spooky and the sacred, ultimately finding that the two aren’t so different in the end.
