For as long as he can remember, Reed Lackey has loved stories. He started telling them when he was 3 years old, memorizing passages from stories he'd heard and reciting them for anyone with a willingness to listen. That passion developed further into adulthood where Reed has published work in a variety of mediums including films, comic books, stage plays, commercials, short stories, and web-series episodes.
But perhaps even more a passion for him than finding and telling stories is telling people about why he loves them. Sharing particularly thrilling or inspiring ones; complaining about frustrating or confusing ones; or wrestling with particularly insightful or provocative ones. He exercises these imaginative muscles every week on The Fear of God Podcast as well as through various reviews, articles, and conversations across film and television media coverage.
He lives with his wife and son, where he spends his free time writing, reading, working, playing games, and – of course – watching movies and TV, eagerly awaiting the next story to discover and talk about with others.
